When is the money transferred to the seller?
When the money is released
When a buyer pays, the money is held. It’s released to you when either:
- the buyer confirms they received the product and everything is fine, or
- 48 hours pass after FAN Courier reports the parcel as delivered, and the buyer hasn’t reported a problem.
The money then appears in “Seller Balance” on your Account page. If you haven’t finished setting up secure payments yet, it waits there until you do; we’ll remind you.
Cashing out
- On your Account page, find “Seller Balance”.
- Click “Cash Out”, enter the amount and click “Request Payout”.
- The money is sent to the bank account you connected through Stripe, usually within 1–2 business days.
Payouts aren’t automatic, so check your balance and cash out regularly.
