As a marketplace platform, PC Parts enables users to list items for sale and facilitates transactions between buyers and sellers. When listing items or engaging in transactions:
- Sellers must provide accurate descriptions and images of the items they are selling;
- All listed items must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and not violate any laws;
- Buyers and sellers are responsible for completing transactions they initiate;
- PC Parts is not a party to any transaction between users and does not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer;
- Users must comply with all applicable tax regulations.
PC Parts does not guarantee that listings are accurate or that items will meet expectations. We recommend that buyers and sellers communicate thoroughly before completing transactions.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. The Site may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

7. Fees and Payments

By using our paid services, you agree to pay all fees in full. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with notice to users. Continued use of the service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SITE'S CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SITE AND WE WILL ASSUME NO LIABILITY OR RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY:
- ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT AND MATERIALS;
