How does payment work?

  1. Click “Buy Now” on the listing. If the seller accepted your offer from “Make an Offer”, you pay the agreed price instead.
  2. Enter your delivery details – a home address or a FANbox locker – in the “Delivery Information” window, then click “Next”.
  3. Pay on the checkout page – enter your card details (or use Apple Pay / Google Pay) and click the pay button. The total includes the product price, the delivery fee and the Buyer Protection fee, all shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe, in RON.
  4. Wait for the seller – the seller has 24 hours to accept the order. If they don’t, you’re refunded automatically.
  5. Receive and confirm – when the parcel arrives, open the order and click “Confirm” under “All Good” (or “Confirm Receipt” in My Orders). If something is wrong, request a refund instead.

Your money is held until you confirm, or until 48 hours after the courier reports delivery. Never pay a seller outside the platform – you wouldn’t be covered by Buyer Protection.
