What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection covers every order you pay for with “Buy Now”. The money is held and released to the seller only once the order is complete.

• Held payment – the seller doesn’t get paid until you confirm receipt.
• 48‑hour inspection period – once the courier confirms delivery, you have 48 hours to check the product and confirm, or to request a refund. If you do neither, the payment is released automatically.
• Refunds – if the seller declines your order, doesn’t accept it within 24 hours or doesn’t ship it in time, you get a full refund. If the product doesn’t match the description and you return it, you get the product price back; the Buyer Protection fee isn’t refundable.
• Disputes – if the seller disputes a return, the PC Parts team reviews the case.
• Tracked delivery – orders are shipped by FAN Courier, and you can follow the parcel on the order page.

Buyer Protection doesn’t cover services, listings from business sellers (bought on the seller’s own website) or “Pickup Only” listings.
