Can I return a product if something is wrong with it?

Yes. If the product is faulty, doesn’t match the description or never arrives, request a refund:

  1. Open the order and click “Refund” under “Not OK”.
  2. Describe the problem – choose the type of issue, explain what’s wrong and add photos (strongly recommended). Tick the box confirming you’ll send the product back.
  3. Click “Submit Refund Request”. The seller will contact you to arrange sending the product back.

Time limit: you can request a refund until the order is complete – that is, until you confirm receipt, or 48 hours after the courier reports delivery.

What happens next

When the seller gets the product back, they confirm the return and you’re refunded the product price (the Buyer Protection fee isn’t refundable). If the seller believes the product came back damaged, they can dispute the return, and the PC Parts team reviews the case. If the seller doesn’t respond, the refund is processed automatically.
