How are buyers protected from scams?

Held payment – when you pay with “Buy Now”, the money is held and the seller gets paid only after you confirm receipt.
48‑hour inspection period – after the courier confirms delivery, you have 48 hours to check the product and confirm it or request a refund. If you do neither, the money is released automatically.
Refunds – a full refund if the seller declines, doesn’t accept or doesn’t ship; the product price back if you return an item that doesn’t match its description.
Tracked delivery – orders are shipped by FAN Courier, with tracking on the order page.
Moderation and reports – listings are moderated, and reports are investigated within 24–48 hours.

Buyer Protection doesn’t cover services, business‑seller listings or “Pickup Only” listings. Keep all messages and payments on the platform to stay protected.
