How do I block or unblock a user?

Blocking

  1. Open the user’s profile – click their name on a listing or on a review.
  2. Click “Block” – under their name, next to “Follow” – and confirm.
  3. Report them if needed – after blocking, we ask whether you also want to report the user.

What blocking does: it works both ways. You won’t see each other’s listings in search, on the home page or in your feed. Your conversation is hidden, neither of you can message the other, and you can’t rate each other. Any follow between you is removed.

Unblocking

Go to your Account page, open the “Blocked” tab and click “Unblock” next to the user. You can also click “Unblock” on their profile.
