Can I edit or delete my profile details?
Editing your profile
- Click your username in the top right and choose “Account”.
- In the “Edit Profile” section you can change your e‑mail, location, bio, profile picture and marketing preferences.
- Click “Update”.
If you change your e‑mail, the new address takes effect only after you click the confirmation link we send to it. Until then the page shows the change as pending, and you can cancel it. Your username, name and phone number can’t be changed from the website.
Downloading or deleting your data
On your Account page, the “Privacy” section has:
- “Request My Data” – downloads a copy of your data.
- “Delete My Account” – deletes your account permanently. Confirm with your password (or with an SMS code if you signed up with Google or Apple) and tick the box confirming you understand it can’t be undone.
