How do I change my password?

Passwords are changed through the reset page:

  1. Log out, then on the login page click “Forgot password?”.
  2. Enter your e‑mail and click “Request Password Reset”. We’ll e‑mail you a link that’s valid for 1 hour.
  3. Open the link and enter your new password in “New Password” and “Confirm New Password”. It needs at least 8 characters, with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
  4. Click “Reset Password”. We’ll send you a confirmation e‑mail, and you can log in with the new password.

If you signed up with Google or Apple, you log in through them and don’t need a PC Parts password.
