How do I buy on PC Parts?

  1. Create an account – confirm your e‑mail. Verify your phone number if you want to message sellers.
  2. Find the product – browse the categories, use search and the “Filters” panel (category, condition, price, location), or describe what you want to Rig. Check the photos, description, specs and the seller’s ratings.
  3. Ask questions – click “Message Seller” to ask about the product, or click “Ask Rig” on the listing page for technical questions, such as which motherboard or power supply you need.
  4. Buy – click “Buy Now”. If you agreed a lower price through “Make an Offer” and the seller accepted, pay the agreed price instead. Enter your delivery details and pay by card on the checkout page. Your payment is covered by Buyer Protection.
  5. Receive and check – track the parcel on the order page. When it arrives, check the product and confirm, or report a problem within 48 hours.
  6. Rate the seller – leave a rating to help the community.
