What happens if I lose access to my account?

1. Forgot your password? On the login page click “Forgot password?”, enter your e‑mail and click “Request Password Reset”. The link we send you is valid for 1 hour.
2. The e‑mail didn’t arrive? Check your Spam folder, then request a new link from “Forgot password?”.
3. No access to your e‑mail, or the account was compromised? Write to contact@pcparts.ro with your username, the e‑mail on the account and anything that shows the account is yours. We restore access only after confirming your identity.
